Orders of our Webshop are delivered to the Customer depending on the destination, GLS or FedEx express courier service. Delivery of the packages takes place on working days between 8-17 o’clock. In case you are not at home in the aforesaid period, then it is more practical (if you have the opportunity) to give the address of your workplace. The courier service attempts delivery two times.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days the original payment method will refund the amount of the offer.
Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed & unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned unworn and free of damage. The item must not have gone on sale, been discounted, or be part of a special order. The item cannot be swimwear or accessories such as jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags and beauty products.
